Telescopic Managed is priced per seat per month, billed monthly or annually, and can be bought online without talking to sales. The Bespoke tier is quoted to fit — see the pricing page for the current per-seat rate.
Telescopic does not currently offer a self-serve free trial. The Managed plan is bought online and can be cancelled at the end of the billing period from the admin console, and seats can be added or removed at any time.
Managed includes hosting, backups and upgrades, unlimited courses, quizzes and learning paths, SCORM and IMS import plus SCORM 2004 export, certifications and progress tracking, multilingual content and interface, white-label branding, and email support, for up to 2,500 users.
Yes. An administrator can add or remove seats at any time from the admin console's billing page; the change is priced live and written straight through to the payment provider.
Your content is portable. Any course can be exported as a SCORM 2004 package, so you can take your courseware to another platform. Managed subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current period and stay usable until that date.
