What is Telescopic?
Telescopic is a fully managed, white-label Learning Management System (LMS). It hosts your courses, quizzes, learning paths, and certifications on your own branded academy, and Proseria Research Inc. runs the hosting, backups, upgrades, and security patching for you.
Who is Telescopic for?
Telescopic suits teams and organizations that need a branded online academy without running a platform: internal training, customer and partner education, professional certification programs, and course businesses that have outgrown a single-purpose course tool.
Does Telescopic support SCORM?
Yes. Telescopic imports SCORM 1.1, 1.2, and 2004 packages as well as IMS Content Packaging, and exports any course as a SCORM 2004 package. That means you can bring existing courseware in and take your content out again on open standards.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Each Telescopic academy is a separate tenant with its own product name, logo, favicon, colour palette, and light/dark themes, all set from the admin console without a rebuild or a developer.
Is Telescopic multilingual?
Yes, in two independent ways. Instructors can author a course in a base language and add per-language overrides, and each learner can use the interface in their own language regardless of which language the course content is in.
How is one academy kept separate from another?
Telescopic is multi-tenant with isolation enforced in the database itself, using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. Every tenant-scoped record carries a tenant id and requests are served through a restricted database role, so one academy can never read another's data.
Do I have to host or maintain anything?
No. Telescopic is delivered as a managed service: hosting, database, backups, upgrades, and security patches are all handled for you. There are no servers to provision and no plugin upgrades to keep compatible.
Can learners earn certifications?
Yes. Courses and learning paths can award certifications on completion, and both learners and administrators can see what has been earned and what is still in progress across the catalog.
